The Changemakers Youth Forum is not just a project;
It is a platform, a dynamic community, and an expansive network of 20+ youth-led organisations that support local student communities and young adults aged 18 to 35 years.
We bring together passionate changemakers, students, early career researchers, entrepreneurs, and professionals to engage in interdisciplinary and intergenerational dialogue, alongside stakeholders, policymakers, and decision makers.

Our goal is to co-create the conditions that provide young people with opportunities to share their views, interests, needs and ideas with each other and with key stakeholders and decision makers.
Our goal is to continue providing young people with opportunities for skills development to help them address their personal skills gap, and to support their pursuit of a successful and meaningful life.
Our goal is to continue building a supportive community for young changemakers and innovators to learn and support each other, whilst contribute towards building a stronger coalition of stakeholders with shared interests.
Our goal is to continue taking active steps towards building a dynamic youth-led ecosystem by bringing together research, innovation, and skills development to empower young people.
Our goal is to co-design and undertake more research activities with our youth forum and related activities. We want to eliminate inefficiencies when attempts are made to solve social or environmental challenges, by facilitating knowledge sharing and disseminating research findings that are relevant to the forum’s thematic areas.
Our goal is to publish a Social Impact Report and a list of recommended action plans that would serve as meaningful intellectual outputs of our youth forum. We would then present our key insights to our patron, the Hungarian National Commission for UNESCO, stakeholders, and decision makers.

Our story began in 2021, when several organisations joined forces to co-create our inaugural Changemakers Youth Forum in October 2021.
In 2022, we successfully transformed our annual youth forum into a Social Impact Festival in 2022.
And now, we are excited about the next chapter that awaits us…
This event was co-created by the GiLE Foundation, AIESEC in Hungary, Erasmus Student Network (ESN) Hungary, and International Diplomatic Student Association (IDSA).
